Upcoming registration for tours is announced through our GROW newsletter and we also send an email to our entire active membership so everyone knows of the upcoming opportunity. HPSO emails a brochure detailing the itinerary and cost and dates.

We have a three-day period where people can enter their request for registration. Spots are allocated using a randomized process in an effort to increase inclusion in this popular program. Registration is not first come, first served. 

Yes, however, if they are members as well, then each of you can submit a request, thereby increasing your chances.

If you are highly organized, friendly, inclusive, curious, knowledgeable about garden touring, and an experienced traveler, we’d love to hear from you. We cannot accept Tour Escort applications from people who offer tours commercially due to conflict of interest.

Yes. Tours are a benefit of HPSO membership, so you’ll need to be a current member to register.
