On a sloping corner lot, our garden is terraced and multipurpose. We raise a number of edibles and native plants, providing food and habitat for humans and other non-human residents. A small water feature pleases the birds and helps obscure traffic noise. Resilience adaptions include rain water collection and recycled concrete walls. Ornamentals include ferns, heucheras, hellebores, rhododendrons, sedums and sempervivums. Seasonally, the Ministry of Impractical Agriculture (Republica de Echeveria) maintains a collection of tender succulents. Note: the Cassin/Meyer, Masta/Withgott, and Rondone Gardens are nearby.
