Do you enjoy gardens with rare, exotic and tender plants? Me too, but you won't find them here. This is a garden where only the strong survive. Nineteen years ago this 3+ acre garden was mostly junipers, diseased photinia, and fir trees. Some of this had to go! We've added beds and borders. There is a variety of beautiful trees, shrubs, and perennials. The garden is bird, bee and butterfly friendly with native and non-native plants. There is a deer proof vegetable garden. Some garden art is scattered about. Reclaiming part of the woods from blackberries and weeds is ongoing. Friends tell me the overall effect is park-like and peaceful. We would love to see you.
