This is a younger garden. When I moved in the Spring of 2018, I dug and brought nearly 100 plants with me from my NE Portland garden. I've made several new beds that have been planted in the Northwest garden style. My goal is year around interest and blooms of some type most of the time. There is central water feature consisting of an upper and lower pond connected by a stream. Also a small she shed. Although my goal isn’t to be a “collector” I tend to sway to that tendency. I lost a huge Siberian Elm in the Feb 2021 ice storm and have continued to move shade plants to other areas as well as modify areas that now get full sun.
